What's the difference between a DBQ and a Nexus Letter?
A DBQ documents severity and symptoms for a condition. A Nexus Letter addresses the medical relationship between conditions. Many secondary-condition claims need both ā your intake helps us figure out which applies to you.
Does the intake cost anything?
No. The intake and initial consultation are free. You'll only pay if you decide to move forward with medical evidence services.
Do you take any of my VA backpay?
No. We charge flat, upfront pricing. We never take a percentage of your compensation or backpay.
Do you need access to my VA.gov account?
No. Standard medical evidence services do not require your VA.gov or ID.me login.
